Here, the formal enrolment in the respective master course takes place. Please remember that this can only be done if you have visited the WiSo Student Service beforehand and received a confirmation. Additionally, you need to make an appointment with the registration office/the international office in advance. This can be done online (please see your admission e-mail for more information).
Note: If you have not completed your Bachelor (or equivalent) programme by the time of your application, your acceptance/enrolment is under the condition that you complete your studies in time.

Here you find a checklist with all the documents required for the enrolment!

Postal enrolment or sending an authorised person

If you are not able to conduct the enrolment in person, you can either name and authorise someone who does it for you or send us the required documents by post.

Authorisation

For someone else to enrol you, you have to issue an authorisation. An exemplary version of an authorisation can be found here. The enrolment by the authorised person has to take place before the enrolment deadline.

Postal enrolment

In this case, you need to send the complete documents to the WiSo Student Service. There, the documents will be checked and later handed over to the student registration office or the international office for completion of your enrolment. Do not send your documents seperately! All required documents have to be send in as authorised/notarised copies, simple copies do not suffice! (exceptions are the following documents, which can be send as simple copies: acceptance letter, passport, GMAT/GRE/TM-WISO result, document for the health ensurance, exmatriculation letter). You also need to send an envelope with your address and a stamp so that we can send you the enrolment documents back.

Please keep in mind that in this case you are entirely responsible for the arrival of the complete documents on the due date. Send all documents to this address:
